Satellite Dish Installations
Although The Shores CC&R;’s state satellite dishes must be attached to the home, an exception has been made to this rule. Because satellite dishes cannot be installed on stucco exteriors or tile roofs, a dish may be installed on a pole as long as it is located directly adjacent to the home in the least conspicuous location as possible while still getting good reception. It must be screened from view from the front, sides, and read of home with landscaping.
